Getting Started

  • Allow location access or enter a manual city or ZIP code so Rooster can calculate local daylight.
  • Use Today to review sunrise, sunset, daylight duration, and the next scheduled routine.
  • Use Farm to create reminders before or after sunrise or sunset.

Hunt Planner

Rooster can calculate a wake time from legal light, travel time, preparation time, and your preferred stand buffer. Always confirm current hunting regulations for your exact species, season, and jurisdiction.

Notifications

If alerts do not arrive, open iOS Settings and confirm Rooster can send notifications. Focus modes, Silent mode, powered-off devices, and system notification limits can affect delivery.

Location

If daylight times look wrong, refresh your current location or set a manual location in Rooster Settings. Manual locations remain active until you switch back to current location.
